How long does it take for my items to process and ship?
For items to be processed and shipped, it would take about 3 – 8 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your item has been shipped, we will provide you with a confirmation email to inform you of your item’s status. Due to the status of our company, we will be unable to provide you with a tracking code/number. When you have received your item, please inspect the box as well as the product for any missing and/or damaged goods. We require customers to contact us within 24 hours. If the item is missing then we will replace the item as soon as possible. If the item is damaged, we will only be able to replace the product if the box has not been tampered with and/or closed. If the package has not been received within 45 days then please contact us and inform us of your situation. What is your refund policy?
Due to the status of our company as well as the product, we are unable to provide you with a refund on the merchandise. Please inspect the item once the package has been received as we are unable to provide assistance once the product has been opened and/or damaged.
